All services, trading accounts, and performance evaluations provided by Funded Brother are conducted in a strictly simulated demo environment utilizing hypothetical market quotations. No actual trading on live financial markets is undertaken, and all account capital is fictitious demo balance. Funded Brother is not a registered broker-dealer, financial institution, custodian, or investment advisor, and does not accept client deposits or offer retail investment services.
Past hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results. Trading derivatives and foreign exchange carries significant risk and may not be suitable for all persons. You are solely responsible for evaluating your trading discipline and suitability for participation.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Trader", "User", "you") and Funded Brother ("Company", "we", "our", "us") regarding your purchase, access, and usage of our proprietary evaluation platforms, challenges, trader dashboard, and simulated account services.
By registering an account, purchasing a challenge tier, or accessing the workspace, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately refrain from using our services.
2. Simulated Trading Environment & Virtual Capital
All accounts provided by Funded Brother—including evaluation accounts (Phase 1, Phase 2) and Master accounts—are simulated virtual accounts executed in a demo environment with fictitious capital.
Funded Brother is not a financial broker, custodian, or deposit-taking institution. No real capital deposits are accepted from traders, and traders are never liable for virtual losses incurred in the demo environment.
Performance payouts are performance-based evaluation rewards funded directly by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Reward Schedule outlined herein.

4. Risk Limits & Objective Drawdown Rules
Each account model is subject to strict, deterministically calculated risk thresholds. Breaching any of the following limits constitutes an immediate account closure:
Daily Loss Limit: Evaluated daily against your UTC day-opening balance. Equity (inclusive of floating P&L) cannot decline by 5% (2-Step), 4% (1-Step), or 3% (0-Step) from the UTC 00:00 baseline.
Maximum Overall Drawdown:
Static Mode (2-Step & 1-Step): Equity cannot drop 10% (2-Step) or 6% (1-Step) below your initial starting capital at any time.
Trailing Mode (0-Step): Trailing floor tracks with high-water peak equity and locks at initial capital. Maximum 5% trailing drawdown allowance.
5. Minimum Trading Days Policy
To encourage consistent risk management and authentic trading methodologies rather than sporadic one-trade passes:
Minimum 3 Distinct Trading Days Per Month:
Traders must execute trades on at least 3 separate calendar trading days per month across all challenge phases and simulated Master accounts before advancing or requesting payout distributions.
6. News Trading Policy (Strictly Prohibited)
News Trading is Not Allowed Across All Challenges
Opening new market or pending orders, or executing trades within 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after high-impact economic releases (e.g., NFP, CPI, FOMC, Central Bank Rate Decisions) is strictly prohibited. Holding trades open through high-impact news that results in artificial slippage or toxic latency exploitation will flag the account for review and may lead to cancellation.
7. Reward Distribution & Profit Split Schedule
Funded Brother provides an industry-leading profit sharing matrix based on the trader's account tier and chosen withdrawal frequency:

Special 100K & 200K Requirement Details:
For all 100K and 200K accounts, reward distributions strictly require:
The payout request amount must be $100.00 and above.
The account must have registered at least 5 profitable trading days with a simulated profit of at least 0.5% of the account capital on each of those days.
The following behaviors are considered detrimental to simulated liquidity systems and are strictly banned:
High-frequency latency arbitrage or exploiting platform feed delays.
Account sharing or third-party pass-your-challenge services.
Reverse hedging or synchronized group trading between multiple accounts.
Exploitation of demo platform pricing anomalies or negative slippage gaps.
Violations result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.
9. Inactivity & Expiration Policy
Active challenges must have at least one trade placed within every 30 consecutive calendar days. Accounts dormant beyond 30 days are automatically archived and considered expired due to inactivity.
10. One-Time Fees & Refund Policy
Challenge access fees are one-time payments for operational provisioning of simulated MT5 infrastructure and evaluation access. All fees are non-refundable once challenge credentials have been issued or trades have been placed on the account.
11. Trader Support & Dispute Resolution
Our support team is dedicated to assisting traders with technical queries, account credentials, rule clarifications, and payout verification:
